When Standard Treatment Hasn't Been Enough

Most patients who come to us have already tried the standard options. GP referrals, medication, general physiotherapy or osteopathy. For many, those approaches provided some help. For others, the symptoms kept coming back. What we offer is a different starting point: a structured assessment specifically designed to identify the cervical and neurological factors that drive chronic headache and migraine, and that most general assessments don’t look for. We treat adults, teenagers, and children, and we work with patients who have one clear diagnosis and those who’ve been told their case is complicated.

Types of Headache + Migraine

Our treatment protocols are based on

The Watson Headache Approach

The Watson Headache Approach® is a manual therapy method with published clinical research demonstrating its effect on the underlying mechanisms of headache and migraine, including the sensitisation of the brainstem that drives recurring symptoms. It is the primary method our clinicians are trained and certified in.

our treatment process

A Full Clinical Toolkit. Applied Precisely.

The Watson Headache Approach is the foundation of how we treat headache and migraine. But chronic symptoms rarely come from one place alone. Depending on what your assessment reveals, your clinician will draw on a targeted combination of the following techniques to address everything contributing to your condition. Nothing is applied by default. Everything is chosen for a reason

Dry Needling

Precision needling to release deep muscle tension and pain

Muscle Release Techniques

Gentle hands-on work to ease tight, overactive muscles

Trigger Point Therapy

Targets tender knots that refer pain to the head and neck

Myofascial Cupping

Decompresses tissue to improve circulation and reduce tension

Kinesiotaping

Supportive taping to offload strain and improve posture

Rehab Exercise Programs

Tailored movements to build strength and prevent recurrence
