When Standard Treatment Hasn't Been Enough
Most patients who come to us have already tried the standard options. GP referrals, medication, general physiotherapy or osteopathy. For many, those approaches provided some help. For others, the symptoms kept coming back. What we offer is a different starting point: a structured assessment specifically designed to identify the cervical and neurological factors that drive chronic headache and migraine, and that most general assessments don’t look for. We treat adults, teenagers, and children, and we work with patients who have one clear diagnosis and those who’ve been told their case is complicated.

The Watson Headache Approach
The Watson Headache Approach® is a manual therapy method with published clinical research demonstrating its effect on the underlying mechanisms of headache and migraine, including the sensitisation of the brainstem that drives recurring symptoms. It is the primary method our clinicians are trained and certified in.
